Summertime Fun 2006!

The last two weekends Ting, Zoe, and I have been trying to get out a little more. Over the 4th of July holiday we met up with Yee, Kirk, and Baby Calvin in Big Bear, California to hang out for the weekend.

Big Bear is Southern California's answer to Lake Tahoe. The pictures below are from a trip out onto the lake in a rental pontoon boat.

This past weekend we met up with our friend Kurt Kuznicki of the Sierra Club for an overnight in the Black Rock Desert. The outing had secured access to Fly Geyser a geothermal feature on private land north of playa area. Picts below tell the tale.
